Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Salida Libre ("the app", "the game") you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of them, you must not use the app. These terms are complemented by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data is processed and how.
Service description
Salida Libre is a single-player puzzle game (moving cars to clear the exit) with a first-person chase mode, available for free and funded through advertising. The app doesn't require an internet connection to play levels, except to show ads and, if you choose to use it, the optional linked-account feature.
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Salida Libre on your own devices, exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you over the app, its code, or its contents.
Optional linked account
You may optionally link your Google Play Games or Game Center account to sync your progress across devices. That linking is also subject to Google's or Apple's respective terms of service, and you're responsible for keeping your own account on those platforms secure. We don't create or manage any user account of our own.
Advertising and purchases
Salida Libre shows third-party ads (rewarded video and interstitials) through Google AdMob. We don't control the specific content of each ad shown by the ad network. As of this version, the app doesn't offer in-app purchases; if that changes in the future, these terms will be updated to reflect it before that feature is enabled.
Acceptable use
By using the app, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
- Exploit bugs or technical flaws in a way that harms the service for other users.
- Use the app for purposes other than personal entertainment, including any unauthorized commercial use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems that support the app or to other users' accounts.
Intellectual property
The code, design, art, sound, and other original content of Salida Libre are owned by Sebastián Serrano (Namc Colombia), except for third-party material used under its own licenses. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastián Serrano / Namc Colombia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Third-party services and stores
The app is distributed through third-party app stores (App Store, Google Play) and uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, Apple Game Center), each subject to its own terms. You acknowledge that:
- The relevant app store is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation whatsoever to provide you with support or maintenance regarding it.
- In the event of a breach of these terms, the app store may be entitled to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary, per its own policies.
- We are responsible for the app to you to the extent described in this document, not the app store.
Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, with or without notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation, except as required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app's features change. The "Last updated" date in the header always reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
